Toggle state isn't maintained when new elements are inserted #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a page with many updates that will cause new elements to be inserted 
upon scrolling (this is typical of any profile pages or the updates page)
2. Click the pageaction button to get the original text displayed
3. Scroll a few pages. You should see that the first part of the page has 
original text displayed, and the newly loaded part does not. 
4. Clicking on toggle again will hide the already shown original text, and 
display originaltext from new elements.

All originalText should be hidden or shown at the same time.
