Feature Request: Mod Wheel to LFO Frequency #152

Mod Wheel supports: "VIB" and "LFO" currently. The one which is not modulated by the mod wheel is modulated by the modulation delay. Proposal: selection "VIB", "LFO AMT" and "LFO FREQ" and when "VIB" is selected then modulation delay is applied to LFO amount and if either "LFO AMT" or "LFO FREQ" is selected then delay is applied to VIB amount

I think LFO freq modulated by the mod wheel would be a welcome addition.

This is really not so useful since LFO speed is already wuite conveniently available as a panel control
