When the arp is running in hold mode and shift lock is on, the intention (and expecation) is likely to be able to transpose on the fly. In this case pressing "Record" should not start MIDI patch mgmt mode but should simply deactivate arp hold. However, when arp is not on hold mode and shift lock is on, then "Record" must go into MIDI patch mgmt mode.
