After changing the preset number, when you press To tape and select the Patch parameter, it seems that the number of times you press the number is not always 1, always 2, and always 3 times. It has not been reset after canceling To tape.

Yes, but maybe it's a feaure? It remembers where you last were. It is also possible to reset it, of course.
