Helper script updates to python3 #202

I have done some preliminary testing as far as I understood what they are supposed to do. For the syx_converter.py I have also sort of 'prettyfied' the output in order to increase readability (my guess was that it is just used for debugging).

I have removed my edits to syx_converter.py as I have released a more generic tool for processing various dump formats for the P600 (https://github.com/jmechnich/p600syx).
