Feature request: Ability to set MIDI out velocity #68

Default MIDI out velocity is 100, which on some external equipment makes sounds that are not appropriate. It would be nice to either:

Freely assign the velocity 0-127 Choose from a set group 0, 64, 100, 127 (for example) Or, just set it to 127, and then you deal with the issue in your external equipment

This is a pretty common implementation I think.
