Collaborator invites #2

Tracks invites to the @image-rs/collaborators. A successful contribution will get you invited to the team, in general this is a merged PR or an issue resolved through valuable input. This will provide write permissions across all repositories and the ability to create your own. You'll be added to the team by one of the admins.

This issue also serves as the thread for invites in case your PR or issue was resolved by another collaborator and no admin has noticed yet. In these cases, feel free to leave a comment requesting the invite for yourself or the respective other contributor with a link to the resolved issue. Please refrain from using comments for pure acknowledgements and use reactions instead.

Hi, I'm interested in being added as a collaborator for inflate, when that is moved over (it's a dependency of image-png, at least). For the record, I don't recall contributing anything significant to any other image-related crate (a long time ago, I had my own PNG decoder, but that never made it into anything AFAIK).

@eddyb I can send you an invite for member right now, and we'll figure out the rest when the inflate crate is moved. Since we didn't really plan for having crate specific collaborators, we can add you as a 'outside collabotor' (Github's term not ours), or to the collaborator team with access to all repos, depending on whether you want to minimize your own rights or not.

I'm also going through recent contributors in the other (soon-to-be) image-rs crates right now (last 6 months), and inviting them. I'm limiting the timeframe to avoid invite spam, all other contributors are welcome to request on their own initiative, forgive me if I missed your name since I don't have a script for this.

@eddyb So inflate was moved now, and I added you as outside collaborator for inflate only. Should you like to also contribute to any of the other crates afterwards, don't hesitate to ask at any time.

Invite to members for now as per Contributing guidelines. Should you want to create or move any repositories (?) or any Rust code then I'd be happy to move you as well.
