their container does appear to be 'aio' expect redis and postgres, which should usually be ran in a seperate container anyway, as multiple other containers may need redis or postgres? https://docs.postiz.com/installation/docker-compose#example-docker-composeyml-file
Currently, the services required to run Postiz are split across a bunch of individual containers. For people running under container manager schemas like Unraid, this isn't always the cleanest way to work, so having an AIO image would be ideal.
