ClassChecker: added exclusion of 'package-info.class' files #158

Regarding issue #156, I'd like to add this minor change, which ignores 'package-info.class' files from being listed as duplicates. Also changed old-fashioned Vector to List<String> to discard IDE warnings.

These changes are in the ImageJ 1.53s14 daily build.
