Rotate DICOM series in bulk

Hello,

I am trying to rotate a DICOM series (in .dcm file) which I converted from .nii

I tried this tool, however I ran into some issues.

I can not see a way to open DICOM files in bulk. I tried several ways, such as using

import-> open image sequence
bioformat,
Open -> File (For this to work I need to open files one by one, which is difficult as I am working with 176 files)

Anyways, after successfully opening the DICOM files I will need to do Image->transform->Rotate 90 degrees left

Once that is done for all images, I will need to save this rotated series in DICOM.

How can I achieve this?
