[x] Continue support for imagej.app.directory
[x] Continue support for imagej.app.subdirectory
[x] Continue support for imagej.deleteOtherVersions
[x] Continue support for delete.other.versions?
[x] Update README to state that copy-jars has been migrated to scijava-maven-plugin
[x] Mark copy-jars and install-artifact as deprecated

Work happening in https://github.com/scijava/scijava-maven-plugin/pull/15 and on post-migration branch.

Once new versions of pom-scijava-base and pom-scijava have been released, installation functionality will be provided by scijava-maven-plugin instead of imagej-maven-plugin.
