Fix broken tutorial scripts

@ctrueden @bnorthan Can you check if these updates are correct? I wasn't sure what the analog for the Integer call in Ops_Threshold_IJ1_Analyze.py is.

Also, Ops_Threshold_IJ1_Analyze.py doesn't work for me with the crop confocal series output, and there was no "C0Z16" output.

Also, Ops_Threshold_IJ1_Analyze.py should specify what threshold to use

Thanks @hinerm for looking at this. I made the inputs and outputs to the Ops_Threshold_IJ1_Analyze.py" scriptImgPlusinstead ofDataset``` and it works again.
