Thanks. More scripts have been added and I have also take into account your comments.

@bnorthan I have reviewed all the scripts and the overall quality is much better now. I have added for each scripts a short description at the beginning + comments along the script when needed. Also I now use when possible @OUTPUT Dataset output to display the output Dataset.

I think it's safe to merge. I can adresse any possible concerns this week if needed.

I have also updated http://imagej.net/ImageJ2_Python_Scripts so the scripts are linked to this repo.
