Deconvolution scripts #14

I've added a couple of simple deconvolution examples. I put them in a separate directory called 'Deconvolution'. Is that a good idea or do people prefer a different directory structure??

Let me know how I can improve the scripts.

Very nice. Also the script need a non default Fiji plugin "Diffraction PSF 3D". Maybe you should specify how to install it somewhere ?
