Expose the 'diff' command in the command-line updater #15

The ''Show changes'' button of the updater GUI is really useful to determine how locally-modified files differ from the uploaded versions. Expose this funcionality in the command-line interface.

This has been fixed before the move of the updater into its own repository: imagej/imagej@6a69cab6b143479d159aabbf2c149bb34084ff8b
