Fix 'TrackMate-dev-update-site #20

It seems that the recent upload of the ImageJ beta 8 version broke the job: http://jenkins.imagej.net/view/Failing/job/TrackMate-dev-update-site/

Fixed in 45440d2a8ffc740505459f66e79432796b107297 (and for the meantime, a work-around was put into place in fiji/fiji@1177e86447d129f2c57ed1a479400c55a7162a7f).
