updated EZFIg page #213

Removed old incomplete documentation. Added link to the official EZFig web page.

@baigouy Ahh, sorry to miss this for so long! Merged now.

That said: I'm sorry to see you chose not to use the ImageJ wiki to document your plugin. The main idea of the wiki is to unify ImageJ-related documentation to make it easier for people to find and search. In case you choose to use the wiki in the future, I invited you as a collaborator so you have direct write access.
