I'm not sure I've linked correctly to the ijm source code or the pdf tutorial or not? How else should I make these files available to FIJI users? -Justin-

@JBickford2 Sorry I missed this PR until now!

I'm not sure I've linked correctly to the ijm source code or the pdf tutorial or not?

On GitHub, you can use the "Raw" button in the top-right area of a file to get a direct link to the actual content. E.g. for the file:

https://github.com/JBickford2/analyze_stripes/blob/main/analyze_stripes_v2.6.ijm

the link will be:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JBickford2/analyze_stripes/main/analyze_stripes_v2.6.ijm

Thanks Curtis. Not sure if you are the correct person to accept my update to the https://imagej.net/plugins/analyze-stripes webpage. I submitted a pull request, but not sure who to contact to get the live website to be updated with my new version?

@JBickford2 I just merged your other PR which I think had all the same changes as this PR, except it's missing this line:

website: "https://github.com/JBickford2/analyze_stripes/blob/main/analyze_stripes_v2.6.ijm"

Did you still want to add that?

I sent you an invite for access so you can make the edit directly. You can also edit this PR or make a new one.

I'm away from my pc. That link looks correct. Please check that it's publicly accessible before finalizing. Thank you

@JBickford2 OK I went ahead and updated the links in https://github.com/imagej/imagej.github.io/commit/e3b9f87ef53f11908a438cf4c6d830218f1db6fe

If you navigate to https://github.com/imagej/imagej.github.io there should be a message at the top of the page that says you were invited as a collaborator (I think that's how it works). You also should have received an e-mail. Once you're a collaborator you can make future edits directly without needing a pull request.

Hope that helps - let me know if you have any questions/troubles

  • I made the website front-matter https://imagej.net/editing/#front-matter to just point to your "analyze-stripes" GitHub repo, since this is the general link for your plugin.
  • I made the download link for your .ijm into a permalink, since it is versioned at 2.6
