Retire the '/images' directory #83

The /images directory will be a source of some future issues. The assets will be merged into /media.

Any assets related to the site infrastructure itself should move to /assets/images. Whereas images relating to the content of projects (core ImageJ libs, supporting libs, plugins, etc.) go to the proper subfolder of /media.
