[modern mode] no way back #220

I have switched to modern mode but there is no more an option to move back to legacy mode... ImageJ 2.0.0-rc-69/.52i Java 1.8.0_172 [amb64] fiji-mm

The mode-switching plugins have been removed as of 693fdd4608a31113893c10896a67dec40598a1d3. We'll be sticking with the ImageJ 1.x user interface at least for the medium term.
