FracLac for imagej #290

Hi all, I was trying to install the plugin "FracLac" but it doesn't appears on my program. Does anyone know why ? It's possible to solve this problem ?

Moreover I tried to download the file FracLac.jar and put it on the directory of ImageJ.. but actually I don't understand where could be this directory on my MacBook :/

Any ideas ?
