Create customer profiles #19

Identify the various potential customers of ImageLand. We need to profile them in terms of what their concerns may be about using the platform, what features they would benefit from, and the value proposition for pitching / selling ImageLand to them. It might be good to interview some potential customers to get their feedback early on. These people could be beta testers and early adopters.
