Add Github Raw URL for PostInstall URL #122

Allows users to override the github raw url so they can pull through their own proxies instead of reaching out to the internet, failing, and attempting to build from source.

@1000ch last one I swear. Same question as the other two. Would you be willing to accept this feature if I rebase and fix the conflicts?
