update linux binary to statically linked version 2.12.2 #102

The included x64 linux binary doesn't work on aws lambda with node 10. This statically rebuilt library seems to fix it.

Why was this silently closed?

I renamed the default branch to main. I thought GitHub would handle it, but it seems it doesn't always handle it correctly.

Should I re-submit the PR with newer node version support?

This is still a valuable thing to merge if we're interested in using pngquant-bin in an AWS lambda environment.
