Not sure the policy costs are a good idea (panel i)
Use ENGAGE downscaled data from Climate Solutions Explorer, maybe? (https://zenodo.org/records/8135211)

Isabela mentioned that the Glasgow++ scenario averages at 1.6 deg. Will have to see how we match that in Fig 4.
