Check GDR #3

GDR has more extreme values when compared to other papers. We'll need to go step by step through the computations to be sure about them.

I checked whether it has to be a sum or mean when looking at RCI values for EU-27. The Climate Equity Reference Calculator uses 18% RCI for EU-27, which corresponds to taking the sum of values of the region. The mean would result in very small numbers (0.0068) vs. the sum (0.1843) for 2030. image I'll remove the todo and continue going through the code.

Hi @chantalwuer can this issue be closed? The baseline emissions are checked in a separate issue (#35 ). From my side, this issue can be closed upon merging #42
