Currently we have a whole bunch of different files for environment creation. One that is incomplete, one that works for conda, one that works for Pip.

We should probably

reduce this to one complete and working Conda environment .yml file (+ 1 pip .txt file)
delete the rest
adjust the Readme on how to create the environment.

This is not urgent but should be done at least before we release the code publicly.

Sounds good! Feel free to have a go on this. Indeed crucial before release and may even be nice to have quite soon already if others want to try out the code. As you may have seen, I already gave the readme a first go for that latter purpose.
