Now we only have peak temperature levels of 1.5, 1.6, etc. with the risk of exceedance. I like that more transparent approach, but for the PBL report, we need to align with IPCC. So we need to figure out what C1 really means, on average. Probably the peak temp in C1 is around 1.6, because a (limited) overshoot is allowed. Then we need to use 1.6 (50%) for our graphs in the PBL report.

C1 is 1.56. Will need to add this (only for the PBL report).
