Changed the way global pathways are computed, adding (among other things) Timing and NonCO2red as dimensions, removing the TrajUnc dimension. This may lose compatability with CABE the explorer, so let's keep an eye on this.
Added plotting scripts for deep-dive into the global pathways. (Global_explorations.ipynb)
Added comparison script with other papers (Comparison.ipynb)
The class_allocation.py file is only changed in an instance regarding its saving (because the variables inside the XR file are now different). For the rest, it should be easily merged with Chantal's previous work.

@MarkMDekker Currently when I try to run the class_datareading in the Main.ipynb, it stops at the last saving step and is not able to save the xr_rbw.nc file.

When I tried yesterday to run class_dataallocation in the console, it did not run either because there is no nonCO2 in the dataset. I assume it is because the datareading part does not finish?

Today I tried again and it has an error when opening the xr_total file now.

Did you come across these errors when running your code?
