Slows entire browser - Firefox #11

I was hoping to use your app as sponsorblock works with it but unfortunately while playing videos it causes the whole browser to lag. Scrolling on other pages because extremely choppy. Oddly about:performance doesn't show a large resource utilization. While not playing it sits at about 1.4% and while playing it spikes to 4-5% and then stays steady at around 2%. It does not interfere with other desktop browsers (including other browsers). This is with Firefox 127.0.2 64bit on Windows 10 build 19045.4529. The problem still occurred after disabling all extensions and reloading the page. I could not replicate the issue on Firefox Nightly 129.0a1 64bit or Edge 126.0.2592.68 64bit on the same device, nor on a Mac running the same version.

I don't really know. It might be something with your PC or the extension

I've discovered to the root cause. I had hardware acceleration disabled due to issues with my iGPU. I have since had it RMAd and re-enabled hardware acceleration. I'm now no longer seeing the issue. Seems the app is just extra GPU intensive.
