Parent issues should be excluded in calculation #20

On Redmine 2.2, parent issue "% Done" and "Estimated time" are disabled. These are generated automatically from leaves. http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/repository/entry/tags/2.2.1/app/models/issue.rb#L1217

"spent hours" is calculated from descendants. http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/repository/entry/tags/2.2.1/app/models/issue.rb#L782

So, calculation should be from only leaves.

@nfecastro this issue is crashing EVM. You can use the data from the citiviva project to reproduce it. Thanks!
