uname confirmed that he would appreciate even a nit PR so here it is.

I split this into two commits. One for nits that I think are uncontroversial such as whitespace and spelling. The other is for vocabulary and wording that I worry might change the meaning.

Had a discussion with uname and decided to include two more relatively minor commits.

For posterity: This also explicitly splits the multisig_setup field into two 4-bit parts for more clarity.
