This upgrades Omeka-S to 2.1.0 and setup our theme. It replaces db seeding with english/portuguese pages and sample items, so we can start the design. After cloning run git submodule update --init, download files.zip (not included in the repo) and unpack in the files folder.
Regarding IIIF compliance, the current modules produces 3.0 manifests and 2.1 images, working in Mirador 3 and Universal Viewer. There are still a few bugs that I'll report soon.
