I like to get this absolute focus to work because the focus near/far at any speed is so slow on a sigma 150-600 Canon mount!
A least if i could get absolute focus to quickly go from one focus point to an other it will make is so much better!
An other option could be to extend the focus speeds range... from"1 to 3" to "1 to 100" because on my 150-600 speed 3 is the fastest but still so slow compare to the AF tracking for focus !

I got to work a lanc controller Arduino based, i get working properly most of the calls to camera like focus near(speed 1)....
now i wonder what is the range and how to implement absolute focus? What are the HEX values or range i can send?
