command consistency #60

Please make the command logic consistent. Should use stream instead of Stream.

I totally quote your comment... I spent a couple of days trying to figure out why I could not set CAF to work when I tried "GET /ctrl/set?live_caf=On" or "GET /ctrl/set?live_caf=Off" and it worked!
