Xresources support #1

It would be awesome if one could style barvis via Xresources so changing that file will change colors/settings of barvis too!

That's the plan, soon as I can find the time. Looked up what it would take to read from Xresources and it seems straightforward enough. The idea is to support colors, as well as styles (e.g. Enable/Disable Smoothing and Blurring).
