@halixand I think we can ommit the captchas, at least for landlord signup etc. Probably for tenants application.... but personally I wouldn't add any captcha. Makes no sense IMO.

I'm working on adding a tenant. Give me ideas for more scenarios you'd like to see and I'll write them up.

From the mockup, it looks like messaging is a central functionality. Is that the case?

That's not very self-explaining. Maybe you want to create more mockups with full functionality? It's probably easier to use a mockup tool like http://www.balsamiq.com (this is what I'm using), or the free one https://gomockingbird.com/. And there are maybe many more cheap/free mockup tools. No need to use photoshop for that. ;-)

E.g.: Balsamiq Mockup could look like this and that. And I guess it's way faster to create mockup with such tools.
