pause button #3

Would be nice to have a pause button / keyboard shortcut.

Added in 46d8fe36cdf702a19da57277757f85674e1955ad but only for solo mode, should we enable in battle mode too? Pause is mapped to p key

Can we show a "paused" message over the board when this is active?

+1 for having this feature in battle mode.

Also need to be sure to include the p key when listing shortcuts in Issue #10

closing this as paused functionality is working fine opened Issue #34 for the overlay enhancement also there is Issue #33 with a bug related to pause
