If a critique or praise is too vague or very complicated, other users can request clarification?

YES! This is one of the worst/hardest problems imho in all review/summarization. For example, the new website http://www.SwayWhat.com now called http://SavvyRoo.com/ doesn't make it easy to do this. //AnneTheAgile
