Getting users #21

Encourage PIs with "gripes" about papers published by competitors to post.

Reduce cost / energy barrier - comments should be thoughtful but can be short.

Increase perceived benefit - site needs to be very functional and look nice and be somewhat populated and purpose widely advertised.

One difficulty is short comments can be harder to craft. Maybe we could have categories and ratings-only for things like ; Method=5stars , Good research question=3 stars, etc? //AnneTheAgile
