[Feature Request] Add a way to move subtasks out of task #56

Hi!

Right now there doesn't seem to be a way to move a subtask out of a task, we can only drag & drop a task into another task (making the first a subtask of the second). In other words, we can't "convert" a subtask to a task, or move it up one level.

It would be nice if we could. Either by drag & dropping subtasks out of an open task, via a menu option in the subtask, or some other way.

Hi! I'm working on the MoveTo... menu item to users can move tasks to either a project, section or another task. In addition, I'm looking for a way to drag tasks outside the parent. If you have any idea about this let me know. Current options:
