Audio device change #11

When audio device changes the application doesn't find the currently selected one and tracks are not played. Restarting the app fixes the problem.

Here's how to replicate the problem with a Bluetooth audio adapter

Start application when A2DP device is used
Close the computer (sleep). After the A2DP device disconnects open the computer
OSX will automatically reconnect with the last used A2DP device but DeezPlayer won't start playback when play button is pressed.

I'm afraid that this might be problem with flash(Deezer is using it to play music). Could you do simple test: go to deezer.com and do exactly the same steps? If it will not start playing then it's flash fault, otherwise we have bug.
