Better formatting can be introduced #6

Better formatting of this document can be done so that we can accommodate more details like some events might be in hybrid mode, also some contests or events have specific dates & times we can have the place to add that as well.

If you're interested kindly drop some screenshots of your formatting. So it will be easier for us to understand. Thanks in advance :D
