Headset button control not functioning #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open app and play media with headset w/ control button
2. Press headset button to pause media
3. Media continues to play, button press has no effect

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Single press of headset will pause playing content. Single press will resume 
play on paused content when app is active. Headset button currently has no 
control on app.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
name 2.0.0 code 14

Please provide any additional information below.
I was streaming NPR programs through google listen app. The headset control 
(single button on headset with mic) works great in this app and others (default 
music, Mort Player...). I would be more likely to use the NPR app if I could 
use the headset button to play and pause audio when the app is running.

Agreed. Low priority, but shouldn't be too hard. Anyone know if this has 
anything to do with bluetooth headphone support?

I would like to have this feature as well - currently when I press play on my 
bluetooth headset the music program starts up and it starts playing a song, 
even if I have NPR already running. I then have to pull out the phone, close 
the music program and start up NPR again, which is frustrating.

Obviously, didn't make it into the 2.3 release. Or 2.4, for that matter. Is def 
in the backlog, though. Totally agree with comment above.
