Add documentation about business parameters #5

Add information about the business parameters to be able to quantify the effectiveness of the implemented tools. For example:

Trainer-hours of each step of the process.
Customer-hours of each step of the process.
Satisfaction of the customers (so we can make a before-after analysis when we implement tools).
Total revenue, revenue per customer, nr of customers and trainer hours worked.
...

These are not "technical" parameters that show in the training process itself, but they quantity how the "business" is doing.
