meta-icon: adding favicon and apple-touch-icon #57

this adds a favicon and apple-touch-icon to the _preview.twig and _contained.twig file incase people view a component or complete example in a new page.

it matches what we suggest at https://handbook.imarc.com/frontend#Metadata
