Improve the english used in plugin's strings #12

Most of the strings should be in: https://github.com/imath/wordcamp-talks/blob/master/includes/admin/settings.php and in https://github.com/imath/wordcamp-talks/blob/master/includes/core/functions.php#L631

to be sure to check all strings you can search for 'wordcamp-talks' ) in all plugin's files.

I'll wait til current things being worked on get merged and then do a general run through for corrections and clarity.
