Visibility Panel Not Hidden Due to Markup Change #91

I understand the Visibility panel should be hidden to avoid confusion, as it is disconnected from the WP Statuses panel. This works as expected until WordPress 6.4 through inline styles. However, the markup was changed in WordPress 6.5, causing the Visibility panel to remain visible.
