Instructions for setting up branch 2.1 #1006

Are they different from master? rake setup_github_pages[repo] is giving the below error:

I haven't been following Octopress for quite sometime now - is there a place with instructions to upgrade the old v2.0 blogs to the latest and greatest supported version?

No, 2.1 isn't even remotely ready yet. We'll announce on octopress.org once we have a new version out.
