Remove Twitter timeline support. #1100

Users should be able to integrate (hideous) Twitter timelines here

Does this section in _config.yml actually do anything?

# Twitter
twitter_user: ...
twitter_tweet_button: true

I tried it with no apparent change on my blog. What is it supposed to do?

It might not do anything anymore, especially if Twitter support has been removed. It used to grab the tweets for the configured username as well as show a "Tweet This" button so visitors could tweet the article.

PR #1311 seems to bring Twitter functionality back in. Has a few :+1:'s.
